All artwork and content (pictures and text) on this website are the sole property and copyright of Rebecca Morris and are legally protected by U.K. & international copyright laws. Under no circumstance may you download, reproduce, publish or distribute elsewhere, in any medium, any of the images for commercial purposes, without proper and prior written permission from Rebecca Morris. Unauthorised duplication or usage for commercial purposes is prohibited by the Copyright law and will be prosecuted. Rebecca Morris retains all of the copyrights to all artwork on this site, regardless of whether or not the original painting has been sold. Should you wish to use an image for commercial purposes please contact Rebecca with details of your specific request. Thank you.
Tuition Terms & Conditions
Please give me as much notice as possible if you are not able to make your tuition day.
Individuals booked on a group tuition day
If you have to cancel your booking and it is more than 21 days before your tuition day, your full payment can be refunded or transferred to a new date; within 21 days refunds are made at my discretion and a 50% deposit may be forfeited. Within 14 days the full amount may be withheld.
Private tuition
If you have booked private tuition with me, either as a group, a pair or as an individual then full refunds are available and a new date can be rearranged up to 24 hours before your booking. Within 24 hours I reserve the right to withhold up to 50% of your payment.
In the event of me needing to cancel a tuition day due to unforeseen circumstances I will refund your payment in full, or transfer your booking to another day, whichever you would prefer. I’m unable to take responsibility for any costs accrued for travel or accommodation in the unlikely event of having to cancel the course myself. You might like to consider taking out insurance to cover you against any losses incurred due to cancellation.
